Old Machrihanish

The original, and probably the best, links golf course in Scotland with a grand and challenging first hole, directed across the sands of Machrihanish Bay on to the first fairway on your way through 18 holes of unpredictable golf.

The course, established in 1876 - 135 years old in 2011, is one of two that comprise the club, with the smaller 9 hole pans course also in Machrihanish.

The membership of the club includes players worldwide, with locals and visitors always welcome for a round or two of golf.
